Booking requests
Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate the specified time it cannot be guaranteed. Booking requests submitted through this website are not confirmed until you receive official confirmation in writing from a Hamilton Island Holidays or Hamilton Island Golf Club representative. All booking times are subject to change.
Green fees
18 holes is $215, and 9 holes is $155. All green fees include return boat transfer from Hamilton Island and use of a two seater electric golf buggy for your round. Prices subject to change without notice.
Dress code
Hamilton Island Golf Club has a clearly defined Dress code and all players must adhere to this code at all times whilst on the Golf Club grounds. View the Dress Code.
Equipment
Hamilton Island Golf Club requires each player to have their own set of clubs, and Appropriate shoes for golf to play on the course. Club hire and shoe hire is available from the pro shop.
Playing time
To ensure you have enough time to catch transfer vessels and complete your round please allow 5 hours minimum to complete 18 holes and 2.5 hours minimum to complete 9 holes.
Payment and cancellation
A credit card is required to secure a booking. This acts as a guarantee until full payment is required prior to boarding the ferry transfer. Payment can be made at the tour desk and hotel receptions. Bookings that are cancelled outside of 48hrs of the confirmed tee-off time will not incur cancellation fees. Cancellations within 48hrs of confirmed tee-off time will incur a 50% cancellation fee unless the booking is changed to another available tee-time. Cancellations within 24 hours of confirmed tee-off time will incur a 100% cancellation fee unless transferred to an alternative tee-off time. Cancellations due to inclement weather (e.g. Rain) will incur a 100% cancellation fee. In the event of extreme weather - you will be able to transfer to an alternative tee-time if available.
