As Hamilton Island Golf Club is generally only accessible by ferry from Hamilton Island - all tee-off times tend to be coordinated with the golf ferry timetables to ensure you are able to get to the course with enough time to complete your round.

How long does it take to play a round?
Every golfer must allow extra time to play the Hamilton island Golf Club, as every golfer must be transported to Dent Island. The following times are a guideline as to how much time you should allow for your game
- 18 Holes - 5 hours
- 9 Holes - 2.5 hours
The Golf Club ferry operates throughout the day between Hamilton Island Marina and the Hamilton Island Golf Club on Dent Island. Your green fees include all ferry transfers.
