The Hamilton Island Golf Club is located on Dent Island in the magnificent Whitsundays. A short ferry ride from the Hamilton Island Marina, the island is easily accessible from most major cities along the east coast of Australia.

Hamilton Island is one of the 74 tropical islands in the Coral Sea, between the Queensland coast and the Great Barrier Reef. It is the largest inhabited island in the Whitsundays, positioned nearly half way between the coastline of Brisbane and Cairns.

How to get here

The only island in the Whitsundays with its own commercial airport, there are direct flights to Hamilton Island from Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Cairns and good connections from other major Australian cities. By boat, Cruise Whitsundays operate regular 30-minute services daily from Shute Harbour or Abell Point (on the mainland).
